Quick answers

Shipping, care, and custom work!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! There are some options to choose for your order from a basic parcel to gift wrapped – and if you need a message written in a card then I can organise that too. I want it to be a nice experience for you and yours.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock pieces ship quickly, within 1-2 days; made to order will take 1-2 weeks. Custom items take a little longer if I need to source some materials. You’ll see estimated timelines at checkout but if you have a date in mind for a gift, please contact me and I will do my best to get it there in time!

Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely! Start by looking at the Commissions page as that will give you the information you need. There is a link there to contact me, if you decide that I am the right person for your idea.

What materials do you use?

I predominantly use recycled sterling silver and 14kt gold, but if other materials are used – such as brass or 18kt gold – they will be clearly labelled on listings and I’m happy to take custom orders.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store pieces dry, avoid harsh chemicals, and wipe gently after wear. See the Care Guide for tips.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and we can find a resolution. This works slightly differently for commissioned or custom orders. See the Return Policy.
